Premium Wire Mesh
Unmatched durability and performance with our premium wire mesh —engineered for strength, longevity, and versatility in any environment. Choose between three high-quality finishes tailored to your project needs:
PVC-Coated Wire Mesh (GAW), The galvanized after welded (GAW) wire mesh is coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC),a flexible plastic layer. The PVC is fuse bonded for a tight, seamless bond that won’t crack, peel, or chip even when bent or exposed to extreme temperatures. Offering enhanced corrosion resistance, weather protection, and a smooth, attractive finish ideal for marine or high-moisture applications. Commonly available in black, green, blue, yellow, red, white, and lime green. Walt’s Cage And Wire proudly offers both Seaplax and Aquamesh products.
PVC Coated Wire Mesh (GBW),The galvanized before welded (GBW) wire mesh is coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC),a flexible plastic layer. The PVC is fuse bonded for a tight, seamless bond that won’t crack, peel, or chip even when bent or exposed to extreme temperatures. The galvanized before welded (GBW) PVC coated wire mesh is the most common and usually cheaper version of PVC coated wire mesh. Unlike its predecessor, the wire is first coated with a very thin layer of zinc and then welded together. During the welding process the zinc is burnt off leaving the wire unprotected at the weld.
Galvanized Wire Mesh (GAW), The galvanized after welded (GAW) wire mesh is first welded and then pulled through a tank of molten zinc emerging with a heavy zinc coating. The weld is completely covered and sealed with zinc, protecting it from all environmental elements ensuring long-lasting integrity even in the toughest conditions. Offering enhanced corrosion resistance, weather protection, and a smooth, attractive finish ideal for marine, cage, and high-moisture applications. Walt’s Cage And Wire proudly offers both Cavatorta and Riverdale Mill’s products.
