This refers to the manufacturing process where the wire mesh is welded first,
and then the entire finished piece is hot-dipped into a bath of molten zinc.
This process creates a thick, protective zinc coating that completely covers and
seals the entire mesh, including the crucial welded points where the wires intersect.
