NO returns accepted on ANY welded wire mesh (rolls, panels, custom orders, etc.)
For other merchandise, call or email first to arrange return
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges after 15 days
Return authorization must be obtained before sending items back

Damage or Lost Items
Items purchased under shipment contract â risk of loss and title pass to you once carrier picks up order
You must make restitution with delivery carrier for material damaged in transit
Claims for loss or damage must be made within 5 days of shipment
When signing freight bill, note any loss or damage next to your signature
Without written note, shipment presumed received in good condition
No recourse available if damage notification not provided timely
